In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkww", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkww platform and the entity operating it at https://pkww.io.
• "Platform" means the pkww website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services made available under the pkww brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, and related services offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in a Player's Account, including both real-money deposits and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered to a Player subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual bonus terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pkww Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and together form the complete agreement between you and pkww regarding your use of the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf. In such cases, the words "you" and "your" in these Terms refer to both you and that person jointly.

pkww reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Use of the pkww Platform and Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. pkww enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are physically located within Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform and placing any bet or wager.
• You are not accessing the Platform via a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or any other means designed to disguise your true location.
• You are not employed by pkww, any software provider whose products appear on the Platform, or any affiliate or partner of pkww in a capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with pkww or any other gambling platform.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

pkww reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any element of a Player's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable time of request may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of pkww Services, you must register an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pkww reserves the right to close all but one Account, merge balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and during subsequent KYC processes is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your Account profile promptly. pkww accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated player information.

pkww reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason, and to close any Account that was opened based on information later found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

pkww is required to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months, showing your name and address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used — for bKash or Nagad, a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet showing your name and number.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the pkww compliance team.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Documents that are blurred, cropped, or appear to have been altered in any way will not be accepted. pkww will endeavour to complete verification within two Business Days of receiving all required documents.

Until KYC is complete, pkww may restrict withdrawals while permitting continued gameplay at its discretion. Completing KYC early — before your first withdrawal request — is strongly recommended to avoid delays when you wish to access your winnings.

All deposits to your pkww Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pkww does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made via payment methods belonging to another individual will be reversed and the relevant Account reviewed for compliance.

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month, as published on the Deposits page of the Platform. These limits are subject to change and may be adjusted for individual Accounts based on account history and verification status.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference. pkww accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

pkww reserves the right to return a deposit to its source payment method where the deposit is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, without prior notice to the Player.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your pkww Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered in your name, at pkww's discretion.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed within one to six hours under normal conditions. Processing times during peak periods, public holidays, or payment system maintenance windows may be extended.

pkww reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with typical account activity, or flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing times and will be communicated to the Player where legally permissible.

In the event that a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original deposit method (e.g., due to account closure on the payment provider's side), pkww will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified method. pkww accepts no responsibility for delays caused by inaccurate payment details provided by the Player.

pkww offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pkww promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated requirements that expire before completion will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed upon withdrawal request processing.
• pkww reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• pkww reserves the right to withhold bonus payment or reverse bonus-derived winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with fair recreational play.

All sports bets placed on the pkww Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Platform's Help section. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except where an in-play cash-out option has been explicitly offered and exercised by the Player before the relevant market settles.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• pkww reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or human error in odds compilation. Where bets are voided on this basis, stakes will be returned to the Player.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement. Bets placed in excess of applicable limits may be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
• pkww reserves the right to restrict the betting activity of any Player, including reducing maximum stake limits, where suspicious betting patterns are identified or where pkww has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of a bet.

The pkww casino offers live dealer games and electronic games supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures, as applicable to each game type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkww Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, match, or event offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and removed from the Account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times or structuring betting activity to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using tools such as VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the pkww support team or other Players on the Platform.

pkww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting pkww support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two Business Days. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Where an Account is closed by pkww following a finding of fraud, prohibited conduct, or material misrepresentation, all funds in the Account — including real-money deposits and any winnings — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation substantiates the relevant finding.

A Player who has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy may not open a new Account during the self-exclusion period. pkww takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will make reasonable efforts to enforce them across its Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised use of pkww's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkww will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and deliver the Services.

pkww implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkww's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkww shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if pkww has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pkww does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkww will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pkww's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the pkww Platform or Services, you should contact the pkww support team in the first instance via the live chat facility or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Please provide full details of your complaint including your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

pkww will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within five Business Days. Where a complaint requires further investigation, pkww will notify you of the extended timeline and expected resolution date.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. This clause does not restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

pkww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — pkww will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by direct communication to registered Players' email addresses or registered mobile numbers where practicable.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or game providers) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkww operates its Platform with the intent to serve players in Bangladesh and applies standards consistent with responsible gaming and consumer protection principles recognised in the region.
